I was at a party, talking to a guy a few years younger than me. He was telling me how depressed and hopeless he felt. He couldn't work up the motivation to even get off the couch. After struggling to find a response, I suddenly said to him with firm conviction, "Go on an Adventure!" As soon as I said it, I knew I believed it with every fiber of my being.
